First and foremost, we hope you and your families are staying safe. As we navigate operating our business, we wanted to reach out and share that we are taking every necessary step to provide the highest level of protection for our valued customers and staff.

We have taken a number of steps in response to this public health emergency, adjusting our business operations to protect our employees while continuing to meet our customers’ needs:

• We have temporarily closed our commercial office in Dubai and have implemented remote, alternate, and flexible work arrangements where possible.
• Our team members/workers wear a mask, gloves, and take all the necessary precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
• We have implemented enhanced cleaning and sanitizing procedures.
• Our employees to conduct meetings with external partners via digital channels whenever possible.
